Project information
The project partners in the SofDCar consortium are conducting research into the central challenges of software-based vehicles. The focus is on the development of software that optimizes and expands vehicle functionalities. The vehicle of the future is understood as part of a networked vehicle and system environment, the integration of which is to be made possible by means of a "data loop" and on the basis of a new type of "digital twin". This should enable digital sustainability (of existing and future vehicle generations) as well as effective data utilization and innovative use cases throughout the vehicle's entire life cycle (re-deployment).
We are researching the application of process mining in the vehicle domain. We want to enable the analysis of cross-vehicle processes from a process perspective. All our work is carried out in the context of the "data loop".
