Task definition

The aim of this thesis is to investigate routing services and methods for improving route quality. A metric for the evaluation and comparison of routes is to be developed that integrates parameters such as travel time, distance, fuel efficiency, traffic conditions and safety. An important aspect of this is the use of open data. Subsequently, different routing services will be systematically compared.
